Codivox FAQ: Process, Pricing, and Delivery

Quick answers about the process, what you get, and how to get started.

What does Codivox do?

Codivox is a senior engineering studio. We build MVPs, SaaS products and upgrades, websites, automations, and refactors for founders and small-business teams, and we rescue or clean up apps built with AI tools like Lovable, Cursor, Bolt, and Replit. We use AI tools to move faster, and senior engineers review and test every change, so you get production-ready foundations (built for real users, not just a demo) that you can keep building on.

Do you just use AI to generate code?

No. AI speeds up the work, but it isn't the developer. Senior engineers plan the architecture (how the product is structured), review every change, handle the edge cases, and keep the code easy to maintain. When AI produces something useful, we refactor it into clean, reliable code before it ships.

What types of projects do you take?

We're a good fit for MVP builds, upgrading a SaaS product so it can handle more users, internal tools and automations, performance and SEO improvements, and cleaning up or refactoring an existing codebase. If you need fast delivery and high engineering quality, it's probably a fit. Not sure? Ask us, and we'll tell you honestly.

How much does it cost?

A Landing Page Launch starts at $499 and goes live in 3-7 days. An MVP Build starts at $1,999 and takes 2-6 weeks. Our Growth Partner plan for ongoing work starts at $2,999/mo and ships every week. You get a fixed price for the agreed scope, or a monthly plan. Larger custom builds cost more and take longer, and we'll tell you that up front.

Can you work with our existing codebase?

Yes. We can join your existing repo, audit it, and recommend the fastest safe path, whether that's shipping new features, fixing bugs, improving performance, or refactoring. We work in small, careful steps, so you avoid the risk of a big rewrite.

What tools do you use?

We choose tools to fit your project. Common ones include Lovable, Cursor, Replit, Bolt, Copilot, Kiro, Antigravity, Anything, and frontier LLMs (the most capable AI models). The tools help us move faster. Senior engineers make sure the result is correct.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. If you need an NDA, we're happy to sign one before you share sensitive details. We also limit access: only the people working on your project can see your files and accounts.

Who owns the code?

You do. The work is delivered to your repository or shared with you directly, along with the docs and accounts. Ownership and usage rights are set out in the project agreement, but the intent is simple: you own what you pay for.

How do you handle security?

We build with security in mind from the start: secure logins and permissions, input validation, safe error handling, access limited to what each person or service needs, and careful handling of passwords and API keys. Every AI-assisted change is reviewed by a senior engineer before it ships, and protecting core user data comes first.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Many clients start with one focused project, like an MVP, an automation, or a refactor. After that, they continue with further sprints or our Growth Partner plan for new features, improvements, and scaling as usage grows.

How do we start?

Send a short project summary and your timeline. A senior engineer replies within one business day with clear next steps, usually a free call to confirm scope, then a proposal that lists what you get, by when, and for how much. No long sales process and no hard sell.

Still have a question?

Send us a short message. A senior engineer replies within one business day, and if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you.
