Success Stories
Projects we’ve shipped for startups, SaaS, and ops-heavy teams
Real Codivox projects: the problem each team faced, what we designed and built, and the measurable outcomes, with before-and-after numbers.

Detailed case studies
8-10 weeks
Project length for AtlasPulse and ClipFlow. SLO's codebase modernization ran 6 months
4
Areas measured: release speed, quality, onboarding, and operations

AtlasPulse
How a market intelligence platform handling 2M+ data points daily cut release time 44% and weekend incidents to 0-1 a month by fixing squad handoffs.

ClipFlow
A video collaboration platform lost 82% of trial users in 48 hours. The problem wasn't the product - it was 47 decisions users had to make before publishing.

SLO
An infrastructure monitoring platform had 8 years of code nobody dared touch. Phased modernization let them ship faster without breaking their uptime SLA.
What's in these case studies
What each one includes
Each story covers the problem in the client's words, what we built, what changed afterwards, and the numbers, where we have ones we can stand behind.
How we report numbers
We only publish a figure if the client agreed to it and we can point at where it came from.
A percentage with no baseline is marketing, not evidence. If you see a number here, you can ask us how it was measured and we'll tell you.
Why some work isn't here
Most of what we build is under NDA, and some clients would rather not advertise that they worked with an outside team.
If you want to see work closer to your own problem, ask on a call. We can usually walk through something relevant, even when we can't publish it.
Working on something similar?
Tell us what you're building and what's in the way. A senior engineer replies within one business day, and the first call is free. No hard sell, and if you don't need us, we'll say so.
