In short

What are v0 developers?

v0 turns a description into React screens quickly. Senior engineers make them responsive, keyboard-accessible, and fast with real data.

Where v0 helps most

  • Reusable components
  • Sign-up flows
  • Dashboards
  • Getting a look agreed quickly

How we work

  • The same senior engineers from kickoff to handoff.
  • Weekly progress you can see and try.
  • Architecture and code decisions documented as we go.
  • You own the code, the docs, and the accounts.
v0 Explained

What v0 does, and what we do

The AI tool speeds up the build. Senior engineers make the architecture, testing, and release decisions.

WHAT v0 DOES

  • -Turns a description into React screens with styling done.
  • -Good for getting a look agreed without a long design round.
  • -Produces components you can reuse across the product.
  • -Handles the repetitive front-end work.
  • -Gets the look most of the way; accessibility, data, and edge cases still need an engineer.

HOW WE USE v0

  • +Week 1: agree the screens and what each one has to do.
  • +Weeks 1-2: draft them in v0 and get your feedback on the real thing.
  • +Weeks 2-3: make them responsive, keyboard-accessible, and fast.
  • +Before release: test the key user journeys, fix what we find, and prepare a rollback plan.
  • +Handover: the components, the notes, and what we would do next.

“v0 gets the look right fast. Making it work for everyone on any device is the engineering part.”

Best Use Cases

When v0 is the right pick

v0 is strongest when you need screens quickly and engineers to finish them properly.

Reusable components

Sign-up flows

Dashboards

Getting a look agreed quickly

We choose tools per project: AI speed where it helps, senior review where the risk is. If another tool suits your project better, we'll tell you.

Delivery Flow

From fast v0 work to software you can launch

v0 gives us a head start. A senior engineer still decides how it's built, reviews it, and signs off the release.

The plan

How we deliver v0 projects

Senior-led
1

Generate UI

v0

v0 drafts the components from prompts or mockups, so we can agree the direction quickly.

2

Engineer Refinement

Human

Engineers make the screens accessible, responsive on any screen size, fast, and consistent with each other.

3

System Integration

Build

We connect the screens to your data, routing, and state, and to the rest of your app.

4

Ship

Deploy

We fit it cleanly into your product, release it, and hand over the notes.

Typical deliverables

Screens and Components

A set of reusable parts your team can keep building with.

Sign-up Flows

The first five minutes, built to actually convert.

Dashboards

Data on a screen that people can read at a glance.

Example scopes

Examples of v0 work we take on

These are typical scopes, not results from a specific client. We'll scope yours on a free call before you commit.

v0 + Next.js + shadcn/ui2 weeks

Build a component set your in-house team can keep building on.

v0 + React + Tailwind3 weeks

Redo the sign-up screens so fewer people drop off before the end.

v0 + Next.js + Vercel1.5 weeks

Turn a spreadsheet report into a dashboard people can check daily.

Delivery Risk

What changes when a senior engineer leads the work

Writing code faster only helps if your product still works when real users arrive.

v0 WITHOUT SENIOR OVERSIGHT

  • -Fast early progress, then weeks lost to clean-up.
  • -Architecture decisions made ad hoc and never written down.
  • -New features breaking things that used to work.
  • -No tests on the journeys that matter most, like sign-up and payments.
  • -The next developer has to work out how it all fits together.

v0 WITH CODIVOX

  • +Steady weekly progress, with fewer things breaking between releases.
  • +Architecture decisions written down in plain English.
  • +Releases you can roll back if something goes wrong.
  • +Tests on your core user journeys before each release.
  • +Maintainable code your own team can pick up and extend.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before hiring v0 developers

Straight answers on pricing, ownership, and how we work. If yours isn't here, ask us.

Does v0 only work with Vercel and Next.js?
No. v0 produces React components styled with Tailwind, often built on shadcn/ui, and they work in most React projects. It fits most smoothly with Next.js and Vercel, but you can use the code elsewhere.
Can v0 generate from our Figma designs?
v0 can work from screenshots and mockups, and it has offered Figma import on some plans. Check what your plan includes. Either way, we use your designs as the starting point, then refine the output by hand.
What about accessibility?
v0 output is a reasonable start, but it needs work to meet accessibility standards. Engineers add proper labels, keyboard support, and screen reader support, and we test by hand before release.
How much does it cost to hire v0 developers?
Most projects are a fixed price for an agreed scope, so you know the cost before work starts. The price depends on how many screens and features you need, what it connects to (payments, CRMs, other APIs), and your deadline. As a reference point, MVP builds start at $1,999 and ongoing monthly work at $2,999 per month. After a free call, you get a written plan and a quote.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one. The code, the documentation, and the accounts are yours. We work as your delivery team, and nothing is locked to us.
What happens in the first week?
We review the code (or your idea), agree what's in scope and what isn't, flag the main risks, and give you a plan with dates. Building starts once you're happy with it.
