Want a real estate website that captures leads?
Bring this score to a senior engineer. We'll turn these fixes into a fast, IDX-ready site that ranks for your neighborhoods and converts browsers into buyers and sellers.
Methodology
Sample. 47 U.S. real estate agent/team websites sourced from organic search across ~10 U.S. metros (individual agents, teams, and independent brokerages; portals like Zillow/Realtor.com/Redfin excluded). Directories/aggregators were excluded. 37 were successfully graded; 10 could not be fetched.
Scoring. Each homepage scores on the Real Estate Website Grader's six weighted categories (see table). A category score is the share of its signals present; the overall score is the weighted sum. Grades: A ≥ 90, B ≥ 80, C ≥ 65, D ≥ 50, else F.
Detection. Signals are detected in homepage HTML using the same patterns as the Codivox website analyzer, plus real estate-specific heuristics.
